What are the SNHA Dues?
The HOA fees are $60 annually and cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities in the community.
How do I pay my HOA dues?
Dues can be paid by online through the SNHA easyhoa website, check, made out and mailed to Schnecksville North
Homeowners Association, PO Box 171, Schnecksville, PA 18078
How do I submit an Architectural Request?
You can submit an architectural request by contacting the HOA President @ 610-217-2935 or by submitting a request through the website's contact form. We can not stress enough, BEFORE YOU BEGIN A PROPERTY MODIFICATION, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONTACT the SNHA Board for approval. This will prevent the loss of your time, money, and possibly save you from having to remove your structure/improvement.
